■ Services during sales

   Our full-time tracking service personnel is assigned for each customer for 24hours’ service. According to the appointment in the contract, we supply complete and valid documents for customers. Our service personnel can be sent for field consultation if our customers need. During the production, we accept all the advisory of customers including production schedule. Before delivery, we make various plans for delivery and goods examination with customers. Our four point contact ball bearing, three row roller bearing, and other types slewing ring bearings are guaranteed with precise and clear marks, standard and sturdy package, quick and safe transportation, fast and timely delivery.

■ After sales services

   After the performance of the contact, we will ask for customers’ suggestions and create a file for improving our services. Once our after sales service personel receives the feedback of problems, our after sales service engineers will be appointed to solve the issues at site immediately.

■ Other special services

   As for some products in special applications, the training on installation will be arranged for customers. The OEM products are available.
